This policy explains how Soiray, Inc. ("Soiray," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit letssoiray.com or place an order.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number (if provided), billing and delivery addresses, party date and guest count, menu and dietary selections (such as gluten-free or vegetarian choices), how you heard about Soiray (if you tell us), and messages you send us.
- When you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign details in that link (such as utm_source), which we save with your order.
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We receive limited details such as card type, last four digits, and billing ZIP, not your full card number.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To process, prepare, ship, and support your order
- To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and your hosting guide
- To respond to questions and requests
- To prevent fraud and secure the site
- To improve our menus, site, and service
- To send marketing emails if you opt in when you pay for an order. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Starting an order without paying never signs you up.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting, and food-safety traceability obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf, including payments (Stripe), shipping (UPS), email delivery, website hosting, inventory and production software, and accounting
- Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a product recall
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site and checkout to work. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal, tax, and food-safety record-keeping requirements. We delete or de-identify other information when it is no longer needed.
If you start an order and don't pay for it, we keep it only so you can finish it: it is cancelled automatically at the ordering cutoff for your party date, and we don't use it for marketing.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing concierge@letssoiray.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date on this page.
