Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of letssoiray.com and any purchase from Soiray, Inc. ("Soiray," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Soiray does not sell or ship alcohol.

2. Products

Soiray sells curated cocktail and dinner party kits containing fresh food, recipes, preparation guides, and decor items. Photos are illustrative. Ingredients, garnishes, and decor may vary slightly by season and availability. We may substitute an item of equal or greater quality when needed.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout, along with shipping and any applicable tax. Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for a pricing error, an unavailable date, or suspected fraud); if we do, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. You pay once, at the end of checkout, after you have customized your box: you authorize us to charge your payment method for that order total, and for any changes you ask us to make after you pay. Nothing is charged before you pay.

5. Delivery

• You choose your party date when you start your order. Orders close at the weekly cutoff for that date; an order that has not been paid by then is cancelled automatically, with nothing charged.
• Your box ships by UPS in insulated packaging with ice packs, timed to arrive before your party. Your ship and delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• We currently deliver to the contiguous United States (we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or some remote areas).
• Please make sure your delivery address is correct and that someone can bring the box inside on the delivery day. Refrigerate perishable items as soon as the box arrives.
• Delivery dates are targets. Carrier delays can occur; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what we do if a box arrives late or damaged.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Food safety, allergens, and dietary options

• Our food is prepared in a shared commercial kitchen that also handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. We cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens or cross-contact.
• Gluten-free ("GF" or "GFO") and vegetarian ("VG" or "VGO") options describe ingredients, not an allergen-free environment.
• Ingredient information is listed on the site and in your guide. Review it before preparing or serving, and tell your guests.
• Follow the storage, preparation, and cooking instructions provided. Discard any perishable item that has not been kept refrigerated.

8. Decor and candles

Kits may include candles, matches, and other decor. Never leave a lit candle unattended, keep flames away from flammable materials, children, and pets, and use items only as intended.

9. Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All site content, including recipes, guides, timelines, invitations, photos, text, and the Soiray name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Soiray. You may use recipes, guides, and invitations for your own personal, non-commercial events. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

11. Promotions

Promotional codes are subject to the terms stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to past orders.

12. Disclaimers

Except as stated in these Terms, the site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soiray is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
